Spring Equinox Gathering

As we welcome the 2026 Growing Season, we invited American Indian elder Sarina Windy City, to guide us in a Spring Equinox Fire Ceremony celebrating the land’s awakening from winter and bless the land with the intention of an abundant prosperous harvest.  Sarina led a beautiful ceremony where we gave thanks to Mother Earth, honored the soil, the sun and all the elements as we step into this new growing season treating the earth in a good way, the Hongik Way, for the benefit of ALL!! 

We invite you to come visit our farm and volunteer your time to help us as we give back to the earth and give back to the community!
