September 2025 Highlights

September at the farm has had a plethora of exciting developments!  We had a total of 12 volunteer days and over 30 volunteers come to help us with a variety of activities.  We had two visits this month from local Master Gardeners with a total of 22 Master Gardeners visiting the farm.  They had so much positive feedback for us.  We are thrilled to partner with them and share information.  Some of the Master Gardeners even came back to help us on Harvest Tuesday.  It was wonderful to have their joyful energy at the farm helping us harvest our delicious organic vegetables! 

Over the last few months we have been working on building partnerships with local schools and our efforts have come to fruition with the visit of several students from Marian Central Catholic High School to our farm.  We are thrilled at the opportunity to provide a place where students can come refuel, learn about sustainable farming practices and develop leaderships skills that they can carry with them throughout their lives! There are more visits planned for next month so stay tuned!!!
