Our Youth

At the Hongik Eco Farm, we understand the value of providing our youth with opportunities to experience nature up close. By providing a place where they can explore and interact with nature, our children will be able to connect to plants, understand how to care for the Earth and become supporters and stewards of the planet that is our collective home. And the EXTRA bonus is that while they are doing this, it can help their mental wellbeing.

Our farm provides engaging, hands-on environmental education experiences. We aim to work with schools, scouts, summer camps, and many other youth-focused groups to provide kids with a positive outdoor experience and foster their sense of wonder that can keep them engaged with life and provide them with leadership skills as they grow into contributing adults.

Educational Institutions

We are also excited to partner with schools to provide opportunities for students to have hands on field trips that teach them about farming, agriculture, where there food comes from and give them fulfilling experiencing of how to care for a garden from seed to harvest. These are also a great way to provide students with fun community service activities.
