Hongik Eco Farm August 2025 Harvest Update

Our eco farm continues to flourish as our vegetables are responding to the effective regenerative farming techniques we have implemented.  We continue to make weekly donations to the Harvard Food Pantry serving over 100 families! 

Our total for August was 2468 and our total produce donation count for the season has now reached 3433!!  In addition to the Harvard Food Pantry, we were also able to make a donation to the Grafton Food Pantry. 

August produce included zucchini, cucumbers, cabbage, swiss chard, kale, lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes, tomatillo, white onions, green onions and many varieties of peppers…mostly hot! The sweet peppers are coming!  We’ve also planted green leaf and red leaf lettuce, green beans, basil, spinach, carrots, butternut squash and pumpkin.

If you are interested in volunteering to help us harvest, come on by the farm on Tuesday’s between 7:00-9:00 am.  Helping hands are always needed and welcome!!!!
