A Look Back at “Our Power, Our Planet: A Spring Garden Project”

On April 27th, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Hongik Eco Farm hosted its inaugural community event in Huntley, IL — a joyful and purposeful “Spring Garden Project”.  Friends and volunteers of all ages gathered to help prepare the land for the exciting programs and growing season ahead.

This first hands-on event marked more than just a clean-up; it was the beginning of our collective journey toward building an environmentally conscious farm rooted in harmony with nature. With shovels, smiles, and shared purpose, we took meaningful steps to cultivate both the land and a thriving community.
